We are a house of Stanford female students (MD, PhD, etc). I (the MD) am moving out this summer to start residency at another institution and we are searching for my replacement!

Requirements: Female, Stanford student, affiliate or recent graduate. Clean, friendly, and ideally no pets. Move-in date is June 1st or later with a preference for longer-term (1+ year) commitment.

About the house: 5 bed, 3 bath house with two kitchens, office space, a piano, a large private backyard with a state-of-the-art grill, and lots of storage. The house is located < 4 miles from campus (Midtown area, 7-20 min driving, 25 min biking) with lots of street parking and a shared driveway. Convenient location for commute to local major health centers for a healthcare worker. Overall, we’re a warm and sociable house that enjoys hosting shared dinners and gatherings, while keeping a good balance of community, personal space, and independence.

About the room: The room has a balcony overlooking the backyard. Monthly rent is $1515 + your share of utilities (~$70-100/mo). Security deposit & last month's rent would also be due upon taking over the room. Wifi is covered by the landlord! You will share a beautiful bathroom right next to your room with one exquisitely clean housemate. The room can come fully furnished (desk, bed/mattress, dresser, bookshelf, etc) as pictured below, for an additional fee.
