We’re a house of Stanford-affiliated women (25yo+, MD, PhD, etc). I’m moving out this summer for residency, so we’re looking for someone to take my spot!

Looking for:

• female Stanford student/affiliate or recent grad; clean, friendly
• ideally no pets
• move-in June 1 or later (full June rent applies)
• strong preference for longer-term (1+ year) commitment

The house:

• 5B3B (two kitchens, shared office, piano, and large private backyard)
• Midtown area, less than 4 miles from campus (easy drive/bike, plenty of street parking)
• warm, social in a low-key way, and respectful of everyone’s space.

The room:

• private balcony overlooking backyard
• $1,515/mo. rent + ~$70-100/mo utilities
• bathroom shared with one very clean housemate
• can come fully/partially furnished for an additional fee
• security deposit + last month’s rent due at move-in.
