Subletting my furnished premium EVGR studio at Stanford for Summer 2026!
Located on the third floor of EVGR B, with great natural light and a quiet atmosphere.

Available approximately June 19 – August 31 (summer quarter). Preference for full-length stay with some flexibility.

The studio is fully furnished and move-in ready. Included:

• Electric sit/stand desk
• Large LG curved monitor
• Microwave
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen essentials
• Cleaning supplies
• Fully furnished EVGR premium studio

A few notes:
I’ll be storing some personal items under the bed and in part of the closet, so storage space will be somewhat limited.
Building amenities include EVGR common spaces, laundry, gym access, etc.
Rent is negotiable depending on dates and length of stay.

Asking $2400/month OBO.
Refundable security deposit: $1000.
