Looking for a speed and agility coach for my 14-year-old son this summer. He's a serious multi-sport athlete entering high school, and we want to focus on acceleration mechanics, first-step explosion, change-of-direction, and backpedal technique. Two to three sessions per week, June through August, close to Palo Alto/Atherton.

Ideal fit: track, football, or S&C background, comfortable working with high school-age athletes. CSCS or equivalent a plus.
