I'm subletting my Premium apartment in EVGR - C from June 6 - August 16. Ideally I would like to find one person to stay for the entire period but am flexible. $1961/month, but can adjust based on n. of days lived in.

Bedroom with Queen bed, nightsand, large closet, chair, tv screen you can connect it to your laptop, very comfortable low sofa with small table you can use for keyboard, and plant. Perfect setup to relax.

Large private bathroom with shower

Living Room / Kitchen with sofa, kitchen table, desk, some comfortable chairs and a lot of books.

Besides all basic utilities it will come fully furnished, with items free to use, including but not limited to: blue blackout curtains, tv screen in bedroom, puresteamXL for steaming clothes, Roland keyboard, microwave(s), lamp(s), dell monitor for computers, bestisan soundboxes, toaster, george foreman grill, books and more!

Access to all building amenities, such as Gym / Laundry/ Huddle Rooms / Tv and Community rooms / Music room, etc.

My roomate is a very kind and extremely reserved student you will barely notice lives there.

Pictures are from my actual place. Living room was reorganized a bit since I took the pics and I will remove some items before heading out but mostly it will come as depicted.
