I am subletting my room in a 4-bedroom 2-bath renovated apartment in Rains. The apartment is on the second floor and has a spacious living room. Monthly rent is $1665. All utilities included.
Available dates are around 20 June to 20 September, 2026. Dates are flexible but I would prefer to rent for the entire period.
