Hello, I'm looking for a female to sublet a room in my unit.

Move in date is June 15 (I am flexible, please reach out to discuss)
Lease is month-to-month basis. I may be leaving in August 2026 so I prefer someone who can sublease temporarily.

I have a 2 bedroom/1 (shared) bathroom in Palo Alto.
Full kitchen, living room and dining area with patio.
Bedroom is partially furnished (bed frame + old dresser). There is a closet.
There is a pool and laundry room on site (pay per use). Packages/mail are delivered to the lobby.
There is 1 shared assigned parking spot and plenty of street parking.

Pricing:
Rent: $1500 per month
Security Deposit: $750 flat (will be returned during move-out if there are no damages)
WiFi: $25 per month
Utilities: $25 per month on average (can go up to $70 depending on heater use)

I'm a relatively clean, love watching movies, like going out for food/coffee. Currently working at Stanford Hospital full time as a medical scribe, applying to medical graduate programs.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared area. I would like to live with someone who is mindful of quiet hours (I usually go to bed at 11 pm). Open to having visitors, but at appropriate times. Preference to Muslim and/or Desi woman, but open to all! :)
