We are James and Jack, two second-year PhD students in economics at Stanford. We are looking for a third roommate, and the empty room will have its own attached bathroom. Rent is $1750 a month for that room. The house is in college terrace, a 6 minute bike ride from Stanford and a 20 minute walk. We have a lovely kitchen (although with a weirdly low ceiling), a living room with lots of natural light, and a large backyard. We have two indoor cats, Ashton and Butterscotch, that are very friendly and low-stress. We love to cook and use our kitchen often for communal meals 3-5 times a week. We also often host gatherings, usually around once a month. The room is available in mid-June (after graduation) for a 1-year lease. More pictures and a walkthrough video on request!
