I am looking for a Stanford-affiliated subletter for my studio in EV from June 7 to August 16. I could try to accommodate requests beyond that too (not guaranteed). Eligibility must follow Stanford’s sublicensing rules: https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/sublicense

The studio is an easy 15-minute walk to the Main Quad and about a 5-minute bike ride to most parts of campus. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a full bed, a monitor, a keyboard, and most importantly, an AC unit. There is parking available for pay, as well as street parking.

Rent is $2100/month. I will also ask for a small, fully refundable deposit of $1000.

I will give preference to someone who can rent for the period. Please note that I am looking for Stanford affiliates only, and undergraduate students must be eligible for graduate housing.
