I am looking for another person to help sign a lease with me. My partner (19F) and I (20M), are looking to sign a 2B/1Ba in Dogpatch SF.

The sublease is from June 15 - September 15, but dates can be flexible. The monthly rent for the entire apartment is $4400, so we'll split it. I pay $2300 and you pay $2100, and utilities already included. Please reach out to me if you are interested!

About us, we are both undergrads and we are clean, don't smoke, don't do parties, and don't plan on inviting anyone over. We are hopefully looking for someone who is the same.
