Hi! I'm a grad student looking to sublet my room to a female-identifying student this summer.

Details: 1 bedroom in a 2bed/1 bath Rains apartment for July 31-end of August. Utilities included. 1 female medical student (my roommate) will be sharing the space intermittently, but likely not home very often due to hospital rotations.
Dates are flexible, and price is negotiable!
