I am travelling for the month of July and would like to sublet my studio apartment. It is one of the Escondido Village studios https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/escondido-village-studios
I am a PhD student in Theatre and Performance Studies.
My room is located in Studio Five at the back of the university. This means it is very quiet in my room and gets really lovely light during the day. I am also on the third floor so I get the view of the treetops from my window.
There is a ceiling fan and portable fan, shower/bath, coffee grinder, matcha whisk, smoothie blener, desk monitor with USBC cable, plenty of storage space, and reading materials.
I have several plants that need watering.
The apartment is kept in very clean condition and I do not have any issues with bugs or maintenance etc.
