I am looking for a male roommate for taking over my lease for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Menlo Park. The room is available from 1st June, 2026. Someone looking for 9-12 months lease (or more) is preferred.

Size: The apartment is furnished, spacious (1000 sqft), and has ample light. You will have your private room, a shared bath, in-unit laundry, and a spacious patio. The monthly rent will be $1750 only, not including utilities. The room comes with a bed.

Location: The apartment is 2 minutes away from Menlo Park downtown, is 10 minutes from the campus by bike, and is a 3-4 minute walk from both Trader Joe's and Safeway. Also, the apartment is a mere 3-4 minutes away from the ECR bus stop and an 8-minute walk away from the Menlo Park Caltrain station.

About your housemate: He is a research scientist at Stanford's Doerr School of Sustainability.
