The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and a dining table, and all utilities included in the rent. The room itself comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and computer monitor.
Rent: $1414/month (utilities included)
Dates: Approximately June 15 – September 15
Dates are somewhat flexible, but preference is for someone staying the full 3-month period.
