Two-story townhome with furnished patio out-front. Fully stocked kitchen--no need to bring any thing! No laundry in the place, but free laundry in the adjacent building. House is furnished and decorated, with books and plants. Upgraded mattress in the room. Big windows and lots of closet space. Potential to use bike over summer for a small additional fee. University parking available with permit. Rate includes all fees/utilities.
