The apartment is located on Curtner Avenue, Palo Alto, 2b2b, and the available room has its own private bath.

It is fully furnished with a bed, desk, microwave, and small fridge, and the rent is $1750/month.

The utilities range from $40 to $ 80, depending on our usage and the season, and the internet is not included.
Parking is off-street, free, and available most of the time; the landlord allows only one car to be parked in the lot, and it is available to the permanent tenant.

No smoking, no Pets, no drinking, and no guests allowed inside the apartment. We should respect the quiet hours every night, especially since my 12-year-old daughter will be coming to live with me starting in August. I am a postdoc here at Stanford and am looking for a nice, friendly, and clean female tenant to rent the room on a long-term lease.

The complex has a lovely swimming pool, so feel free to invite your friends over and enjoy their company. Also, we have a fitting room that is free and available at all times, and a coin-operated laundry room that is available at all times.
