I’m an incoming postdoc at Stanford Medicine / Radiation Oncology, starting this summer, and I’m looking for housing near Stanford.

Ideally, I’m looking for a private bedroom, preferably with a private bathroom, in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Stanford campus area, Oak Creek, Stanford West, Welch Road, or nearby. I’m hoping to move in around June 15 and stay for about one year.

A bit about me: I’m quiet, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and focused on research. I don’t smoke and would prefer a calm, comfortable living environment with a reasonable commute to Stanford Medicine.

Preferences:

Move-in: around June 15
Lease duration: about 1 year
Private room preferred
Private bathroom preferred, but open to shared bathroom
Convenient commute to Stanford Medicine / Stanford campus
Budget flexible depending on location, room type, and utilities
