There is no kitchen access but the room is stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, etc. No overnight guests or pets. 6-12 month lease preferred.

The homeowner is a sweet older woman who lives on the first floor, with 3 other rooms being rented to working professionals on the second floor. The neighborhood is very safe, peaceful, and within 1.5 miles of Stanford and Meta with easy access to the 101. There is also a small market, cafe, and pottery shop just around the corner.
