We are looking to fill one room in our Menlo Park dream house for this coming year (July 1 lease start)! We have an adorable 6-bedroom house on the Stanford Golf course with a full garage, in-unit washer/dryer, cute and well-decorated kitchen/living room area, fenced backyard with lots of plants, a grill and a fire pit, and four friendly roommates: current MD and PhD students or recent PhD grads. We are a 7-minute bike ride from LKSC (near the intersection of Junipero Serra and Alpine Rd), and have plentiful free street and driveway parking if you have a car. Optimal location near 280 makes commuting to non-Stanford clerkship sites a breeze. The current housemates are friendly, value community tremendously, and make time to enjoy house events together (wine tasting, movie nights, backyard BBQs, etc.). We're looking for a considerate, clean, friendly roommate to join us for the next year (or more, if you want to stay on). Lease starts July 1, but early move-in may be possible.

We are seeking one additional roommate for our downstairs room (see photos below). This room is very spacious and has a view directly to the yard and the golf course, with ample storage space. Rent for this room is $2000/month + utilities (~$50-$100).
