About me:
-I am a female researcher at Stanford and looking for a female tenant for short or long term, depending on how we get along.
-I prefer keeping the common areas and the entire apartment super clean & tidy.
-I am a clean, respectful, quiet, and friendly person and I would like to have such a tenant.

The rent:
$2100 plus the utilities (~$100) included for fully furnished room with new (2yo) furnitures: bed, matress, desk, TV table, desk, side table, drawers etc.

The common area involves:
