I am currently looking for a private bedroom with a private bathroom in the following areas: Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, or San Jose. I am also flexible with locations anywhere between Palo Alto and San Jose.

• Preferred move-in: Second week of July (flexible by about a week)
• Budget: Up to $1400 including utilities
• Open to: Signing a new lease or joining an existing lease
• No gender preference
• No food restrictions

I am a working professional at Stanford University, so I am looking for a place with a reasonable commute to the Stanford/Palo Alto area.
