hi! i'm a recent grad looking for a female roommate to live in sf in a safe neighborhood within a 30-min commute to FiDi preferably near the center of the city, e.g., cole valley, lower haight, nopa, sunset, hayes valley, pac heights, fillmore, but also open to russian hill, north beach, and (upper) nob hill. Open to 2b2b, 2b1b, or up to 4 roommates total! budget up to $2.6k (but totally ok with lower), would prefer to find a rent-controlled/relatively older unit (i.e., not luxury high-rise unless no other options). I’m looking to move in early July (before July 9).
