Hi! My friends and I are three visiting students coming to Stanford this summer for research, and we are looking for housing near Stanford / Palo Alto / Menlo Park / Mountain View / Los Altos from around June 20 to September 10. Our dates are flexible by about ±7 days on either end.

We are hoping to rent either a 3-bedroom place together or three available rooms in the same house/apartment. Our budget is flexible, ideally up to $3,000/month per person/room or below, and we are also open to negotiation depending on the location, room condition, utilities, and lease terms.

We are quiet, responsible, clean, non-smoking, and respectful of shared spaces.
