I’m looking for a new tenant to take over my room in a lovely house in Palo Alto.

The house is about a 12-minute bike ride from Stanford. The room is private, with a shared bathroom shared with one female housemate.

You’ll be living with three other housemates: two women and one man. They are all Stanford affiliates, easygoing, and respectful.

The house includes bike storage, a garage, and a nice private backyard, perfect for barbecue evenings. The kitchen is fully furnished, so you won’t need to bring anything for cooking.

Rent is $1,562/month and utilities around $100/month. Furniture is $200, and the deposit is $2,450.
