THE ROLE:
We're hiring a Office Experience Lead to be the face, energy, and operational backbone of Whop HQ. You'll be the first person every guest, candidate, investor, and teammate sees each day — and you'll be high-agency and own the systems that keep our office humming. This is a high-visibility stepping-stone role with direct exposure to Whop's leadership team and real ownership over how Whop feels in person.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Whop's founders and leadership. If you have great aura and want to put it to work — this is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Greet every visitor, candidate, and guest with warmth and energy that reflects Whop's spirit
Manage the front desk: calls, packages, conference rooms, and visitor logistics
Coordinate vendors and facilities — cleaners, building maintenance, supplies, snacks, coffee, anything the office needs to run
Help plan and execute team events, office traditions, and culture moments that make Whop HQ the best place to work in Palo Alto
Be the trusted go-to for the team on anything office-related

WHO YOU ARE:
Recent grad (class of '25 or '26 preferred)
Magnetic, charismatic, warm — the kind of person who makes everyone feel at home
Hyper-organized, proactive, and unflappable under pressure
Excited about startups, internet culture, and being at the center of something big
Available full-time, in-office, 5 days a week in Palo Alto
