I am subletting my studio apartment from June 15 to August 31. The apartment is fully furnished and price is inclusive of everything. You have to be an eligible stanford affiliate, eligibility requires being a graduate student or a visiting scholar etc (undergrads are not eligible unless you have a special situation that makes you eligible).
