I’m a first year PhD student subletting his room for the summer. Due to university rules, the sublease cannot start before June 19th and cannot end after August 31st.

I have a roommate who will stay over the summer, so you would share the apartment with him.
The apartment has two floors (the bedroom is on the second floor) and it is fully furnished, as shown in the pictures.

Regarding the bedroom: I’m would like to leave some of my clothes and personal items, which would take only up to a small fraction of the total storage space of the room (there are two large closets, two dressers plus additional space). However, in definitely flexible and I can find another solution too.

Eligibility: only Stanford affiliates are eligible. Undegraduates and minors are NOT eligible.
