Was interested in below apt and looking for a roommate to split rent with. It's 2bd/2ba, 10min walk to downtown/Caltrain station (~35min commute to campus); 1min from 2 grocery stores, the city park (tennis courts, ice rink, pottery studio, baseball diamond) and a public library. The apartment has aircon, in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher. About $2100/person.

I'm 25M, 4th yr PhD student in the sciences. I play a couple of musical instruments, but the bedrooms do not share a wall so hopefully won't be that disruptive. I like cooking and would be happy to split groceries. I don't have a pet but would be open to one. I try to keep common areas neat and tidy even if my own room isn't (I have a lot of craft/making hobbies; you'd be free to use the 3D printer)
