Subletting one room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Escondido Village South for the summer. The second room may or may not be occupied; if it is, it would be a female roommate.

A few details:

1. Two-floor apartment with hardwood flooring
2. Fully furnished, including kitchen essentials (pots, pans, etc.) that you're welcome to use
3. Washer and dryer right next door — super convenient
4. 8-minute bike ride to California Avenue and the Caltrain station there

Dates: June 11 – Sep 11, but I'm flexible. Happy to discuss if those don't quite work or if you only need part of the window.
