We are moving to the Stanford area in July due to a Sabbatical and looking for a house/duplex for a family of 4 (with 5 year old twins) for a one year lease. Preference to Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Redwood City, and anything else that is within 30 minutes of commute. Highly responsible renters (homeowners, credit score greater than 750).
