I'm subletting my furnished room in a renovated 2BD/1BA apartment in Rains. Right by the entrance so super easy access in and out. I've loved living here this past year! Rent is $1,628/month, all utilities included.

Available dates are around June 7th to Aug 31, 2026. Dates are flexible but I would prefer to rent for the entire period.
