• Dates: June 22 to the end of August or September, highly flexible on the exact end date.
• Budget: Ideally under $2000/month, but I am open to going higher for the right fit.
• Room type: Ideally with a private bathroom (e.g. 2B2B), but open to sharing with clean roommates.
• Parking: options for street or off-street parking would be ideal.
