I’m looking to sublet my room in a 3 bedroom apartment in SF between June 1 - early August, 2026. Rent is $1,775/month. Photos below!

Location: Buena Vista—a small, quiet neighborhood centered around the beautiful Buena Vista Park, which is basically our backyard, in the geographic center of SF. Close to the Panhandle, which connects to Golden Gate Park and is a great flat park for running. Neighborhoods within 10 minutes walking include: Divisadero, NOPA, Duboce Triangle, Alamo Square, Lower Haight, Haight Ashbury, and the Castro.

Transit and parking: Approximately 3 minutes walk to nearest bus stops and 10 minutes to Muni tram N line. Connected to Caltrain station via Muni N line. Located on the Wiggle, the main bike route which connects Divisadero/Panhandle to the Mission. Street parking is almost always available within a 5-10 minute walk to the building, and it’s often available even closer.

Roommates: Two awesome full-time roommates. Both roommates are male, open to sub-letter of any gender.

Plus points: In-building washer-dryer; dishwasher; outdoor deck area; views of downtown SF, Mount Tam, and the top of the Golden Gate Bridge; one block from Divisadero commercial area with coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc.

Utilities: Not included, but reasonable and often low since heating and water are free
