I am seeking a studio or 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Stanford campus or nearby for my wife, our 1-year-old son, and me. We're looking to sublease for 3 months, from June to September.

• A kitchen is a must
• Laundry facilities in the building or in-unit
• Furnished is preferred, but not a necessity

As I am a visiting instructor at Stanford University, I hope to find something comfortable and family-friendly within a budget of up to $2,500.
