I'm subletting my room in a wonderful 2 bed, 1 bath house on the border of Atherton / Redwood city. Rent is $1900 a month. Looking to sublet June 22 to July 29, but the end date can be a bit flexible if needed.

Location: Selby Lane, a quiet, residential neighborhood in Redwood City, just off Woodside Road. Neighborhoods and areas within a short drive or bike ride include: Woodside Plaza, Downtown Redwood City, and Woodside (great biking nearby!).

Transit and parking: Approximately 5 minutes by bike or a short bus ride to the Redwood City Caltrain Station. Free private parking included with the unit. Free bike also available for getting around.

Roommates: My roommate is a great friend of mine, he's very clean and conscientious. He's a medical resident at Stanford Health. Open to sub-letter of any gender.

Plus points: In-unit washer and dryer; free private parking spot; free bike available for use; walkable to Woodside Plaza Shopping Center with supermarket and other shops and restaurants.

Utilities: not included, but very reasonable in the summer.
