Looking for someone to takeover my room in a large 3b3b apartment near downtown Menlo Park. Comes with parking! Available July 1. Preference for someone who will also buy my furniture at a discounted price (<$500). Perfect for a new grad/grad student working near campus.

House is currently occupied by 2 other female roommates (mid 20s) who work at different labs on campus. Everyone has their own bed and bathroom, but kitchen and living room are shared/common space.

Apartment is within a 10 minute bike ride of campus and walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and multiple parks.
