I’m subleasing my furnished room in a Stanford EV South low-rise 2B1B apartment for Summer 2026.

The apartment is a corner unit with a two-story layout (bedrooms upstairs, kitchen/living room downstairs), plenty of windows, and a spacious shared living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and I’ll leave kitchenware (microwave, electric kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery, cups, knives, cutting boards, etc.) available for use during the summer. IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY NOTE:

This is Stanford graduate housing and all subleases must comply with Stanford's summer sublicensing policy. Minors and students who will remain undergraduates at their home institution during the summer are generally not eligible to sublicense graduate housing, even if participating in a Stanford-affiliated program. Per policy, I am only able to sublease to female applicants. I am currently unable to consider under-the-table arrangements or applicants who do not meet Stanford's eligibility requirements.

Details:

Rent: $1,628/month (utilities included)

Security Deposit: $750 refundable deposit

Availability: Approximately June 22 - August 31, 2026 (some flexibility possible, though strong preference is for one tenant/full summer stay). Students who will be matriculated Stanford graduate students in Fall 2026 may also be eligible for housing extending into September until 09/15.

Laundry: In-building

Shared bathroom with one female Stanford graduate student roommate who will continue living in the apartment throughout the summer. She is very quiet in the house and often working at her lab.

Fully furnished bedroom (Twin XL bed, desk, desk lamp, bookshelf, nightstand, large closet, etc.)

~3 minute walk to shuttle/bus stop
~15 minute walk to Arrillaga gym
~ 10 min bus ride to University Avenue
Under 20 minute walk to Main Quad
Convenient access to California Ave and El Camino Real
