The apartment is located on Stanford’s campus, approximately 5 minutes cycle to the heart of campus and 10 minutes to Trader Joe's, with bus stops a couple of minutes walk away. Surrounded by beautiful trees and large windows, the apartment and surroundings are quiet and bright. Multiple lawns with chairs, firepits and barbecues are available directly outside. Free laundry available in the building.

Rent is $2637/month including all utilities, in line with Stanford's rental rates. Security deposit will be held and returned.

Our apartment is available Monday 6th July - Friday 4th September 2026.

Perfect for a single person or a couple. Subleasers who can cover rent for the entire period, and commit to caring for a few house plants will be prioritised. Bikes also available for rent, if needed!
