I'm working in NYC for the summer, so am looking for someone to sublet my private furnished room in a Rains 2B1B! I have loved living here the past here!

The room is fully furnished and comes with a full-size bed, desk, and closet. The apartment is a female household, and my flatmate will be there for only part of the summer.

Rent: $1,628/month, all utilities included (water, electricity, wifi, etc.)
Dates: June 7 – Sep 15, flexible!
