Posting for a friend who's relocating to the Bay Area:

I'm looking for a 1-bedroom apartment within about a 45-minute bike or public transit commute to Stanford.
I'll be joining the Political Science Department as a predoctoral researcher starting in September and will be staying for one year. My partner will join me in February.
A bit about us: I'm Jonathan, and I recently completed my Master's in Economics at Humboldt University of Berlin. My partner, Michal, is a psychologist and yoga teacher. We're both in our 30s, financially stable, and enjoy traveling and hiking (really looking forward to explore California on our free time!).
