Recent grad (F) starting new job in July
Looking for either a Studio or 1 bedroom apartment to rent or sublet for at least 12-months
Preferably in Manhattan or not too far from downtown, and reasonable price, will be funding myself
Also open to finding a roommate (F) to help split the cost of a 2 bedroom
