I am looking for a long-term rental (1-year lease) starting around July 1st, and I'm hoping to find a place relatively close to Stanford University.

What I'm looking for:

Type: Either a 1B1B entire unit OR a private bedroom/bathroom in a 2B2B setup.
Location: Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, or surrounding neighborhoods with a reasonable commute to Stanford.
Budget: Up to $2500/month (including utilities, if possible).
Lease Term: 12 months.

A little about me:
I am a visiting scholar in my 24s. I am male, very quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I spend most of my time studying on campus.

🚭 Strictly non-smoker (no vaping/drugs either)
🐾 No pets
🎉 No loud parties, I prefer a quiet and peaceful living environment.
