Hello, I'm a 5th year PhD student, and I'm looking for a place to stay for my parents who will be visiting town between 7/7 and 7/20. My parents are a courteous, non-smoking middle-aged couple in their 50s, and their dates of stay can be negotiated.

Location: Near Stanford campus -- Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Mountain View are all fair game. (I can also consider farther out locations, if other conditions are met.)

The sublet should be furnished and available for sublet / sublease stay for non-Stanford affiliates. Strong preference for on-premise parking, but next best option would be public or street parking options within short walking distance. Must allow for in-person house tour prior to the signing of the sublet agreement.

As for rate, I will suggest $~600 per week, but this can also be negotiated.
