I'm subleasing my room in a Junior 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Kennedy Housing (Miller Building, first floor) from June 23 to September 10, 2026. The room comes with its own private bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped, but everything belongs to my flatmate, so please be careful. My flatmate will be around for the summer, so you will also have some company. She is wonderful and very helpful, and easy to get along with.

The monthly rate is $1,600.
The room would be available for about 79 days (with a possibility of some flexibility) and the total cost will be calculated accordingly.
Security deposit- $300 refundable

This sublease is open to any current or incoming Stanford affiliate (no undergraduate students).
