My roommate Myles and I are looking for a 2-bedroom apartment in the Menlo Park / Palo Alto / Stanford area.

A bit about us: we're recent grads (Carnegie Mellon & Syracuse), 22 and 24, working in tech and startups. We're early risers, non-smokers, and keep a clean, quiet home. We take pride in being respectful, responsible tenants.

Budget: $3,000–$3,500/month
Timeline: Move-in by end of June
Lease: 1 year
