I am a female Stanford researcher and maintain a very clean, quiet, and organized home. I generally keep to myself and spend most of my time in my own room. The common areas are primarily for practical use (cooking), and I am looking for a tenant who is comfortable with a quiet, independent, and respectful living environment.

Requirements
• Female tenant only
• No smoking/parties/overnight guests/excessive noise
• Stanford affiliation and/or credit/background check required - (Except if you are moving from abroad)
• Security deposit: 1.5 months' rent (refundable)
