We are looking for someone to move into a room in our 3-bed, 2-bath apartment in Mountain View.


About the apartment: It is 15 minutes from Stanford and close to many major tech companies. The location is very convenient, less than 10 minutes away from Downtown Mountain View/Castro Street and across the street from San Antonio Plaza, with Trader Joe’s, Walmart, Target, restaurants, gyms, Caltrain, and more all within walking distance. The apartment complex has a pool, lounge chairs, a jacuzzi, a gym, a clubhouse, and an outdoor grill. The apartment is furnished, includes a dishwasher and in-unit laundry, and has a patio overlooking the pool.

About the room: Rent is $1,425 per month plus utilities. Parking is included. The room shares a bathroom with one other person.

About the two other tenants: Two 23-year-old females working at Stanford. We like to keep the apartment clean and value an easygoing, respectful living space! We are looking for female roommates only.

Move-in: Lease starts August 1st (move in around then preferred) and is for 1 year.
