We're looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home, ideally located near University Ave and Middlefield Rd! 🏡

The house has a cozy living room and a combined kitchen & dining area — great for cooking together or just hanging out. Out back, you'll find a beautiful grassy yard perfect for BBQs and sunny afternoons.

The remaining three housemates are Stanford affiliates in our late 20s/early 30s, and we'd love to find someone who is clean, respectful and easy going. Parking is available on the property or at the curb. Depending on season, apricots, plums and figs can be harvested in the backyard!

• Move in date: July 1st 2026
• 6-month minimum stay (longer preferred!)
• 10-15min bike to campus, 15min walk to Caltrain, 5min walk to restaurants on University Ave
• Monthly rent: $1,794 + utilities & WiFi
• Security deposit: $2,425
• Furniture available — price negotiable
