Two furnished rooms in a lovely, safe, upscale neighborhood, looking for two female housemates.
• One room has a full-size bed available starting 6/26, the other room has a queen-size bed available starting 6/29; both rooms have a smart TV and Wi-Fi
• Laundry is inside.
• Central air-conditioning and heating.
• Shared bathroom.
• 40-minute drive to Stanford if you leave before 7 am or after 10 am.
• 18 min drive to the Tamien station for Caltrain (29-34 min ride to Palo Alto station, depending on the line).
• 18 min drive to Campbell shuttle bus to Stanford Hospital (30-35 min ride to SHC, depending on the time of the bus)
• Safeway and CVS are within a 2-minute drive. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco, and the shopping mall are in a 5-7 minute drive.
• Several beautiful, safe walking trails in a 2-5 min drive, including the lake.
• The kitchen is equipped for 'light' cooking and features a Keurig coffee machine, air fryer, mini-oven, oven, rice cooker, mixer, tea pot, pots, dishes, and utensils.
• I am from South Korea, a nurse at Stanford.

• The monthly payment is $1480 for each room, including the utilities. The first month's nonrefundable cleaning fee is $100 (which will be used when you leave). A $200 deposit is required for the first month and will be deducted from the first month's payment.
