Hi there! I'm looking for two new roommates to join our 3BR/2BA apartment right next to California Avenue in Palo Alto, just a short walk from Caltrain. Move-in is July 1.

Two of my current roommates, both predocs at Stanford, are heading off to start graduate school, so two private bedrooms are opening up. They share one full bathroom.

Lease: one year, through June 2027

Rooms:
Room 1 (slightly larger and furnished; furniture available for a one-time cost): ~$1,575/month
Room 2 (slightly smaller and unfurnished): ~$1,525/month
Utilities come to around $100/month on top of rent.

A bit about me: I'm a postdoctoral researcher at the Arc Research Institute. I like to cook a few nights a week and put the big kitchen to good use, and I'm usually out exploring the Bay Area on weekends. I'm easygoing, keep shared spaces clean, and always enjoy a good chat.
